BUYER

The Buyer is the customer who purchases goods or services through VeloraAmerica.store and whose information is entered during checkout.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Seller and Buyer concerning products purchased electronically through VeloraAmerica.store.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed the essential characteristics, price, payment terms, shipping information, and other relevant details of the product before completing the order.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The type, quantity, description, sales price, applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other relevant information relating to the purchased products are displayed during the ordering and checkout process.

4. PAYMENT

Payment is completed using the payment methods available at checkout.

5. DELIVERY

7. REFUNDS

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

10. PRIVACY
